I believe our natural state is that of well-being and the goal of my massage therapy sessions is to help you to remember this. Our bodies are spectacular mechanisms with the capacity to heal and come back to balance. Massage therapy has always been part of my health care plan. From the time I was in high school, I was drawn to the healing that came from therapeutic massage. Any time I receive massage therapy, it is always exactly what I've needed. My hope is that I can pass along the same experience to you.
